My coffee grinder stopped working right after I purchased it. I contacted Cuisinart and was told to cut the cord and send an email with a picture of the unit and the claim number. I have done this several times. I still have no coffee grinder

I bought a toaster that clearly said on the label that it was "refurbished" (so far so good) and "6 month warranty". The label was an official "Cuisinart" label. The toaster doesn't work properly.

The customer service agent I spoke to said there is no warranty on this product because of where I bought it. She said she was quoting company policy. She hung up on me. Really???

Second coffee station to go bad in a few months. Cut the cord before Christmas and still haven't received confirmation in getting a replacement. Two hours to speak to a human and they say they show that I cut the cord but have no other information. I had to buy a new coffee pot to satisfy the need over Christmas and New Year. Customer service sucks.

Never buy a Product directly from this companys website. Absolute nightmare. Customer service is horrible & return policy is very bad. I paid 156.13 for a coffee maker that didnt work & they charged $63 to return it! Always buy the product from a local store. Live and learn.

I have a kitchen soap dish that attaches to my sink with suction cups. It has started to rust leaving stains on the side of stainless steel sink and I cant remove the stains. If I knew your product would have rusted I would never have bought it!

My husband absolutely LOVED his coffee maker. Model # DCC-3000P1.

I have purchased this coffee maker TWO times.

First one I didnt realize to check warranty after it started leaking, so I bought another.

The second coffee maker started leaking after approx 2 1/2 yrs (has a 3 yr factory warranty) from when we bought it. I contacted Cuisinart to replace due to leaking in two places. They told me I had to CUT the cord off of a WORKING coffee maker (working but leaking) and email pictures to them of CUT cord and the coffee maker, and wait 7-10 business days for another to be mailed to me. This is NOT okay.

That means were out of a coffee maker for at least a week to wait for the new one. I WILL NEVER purchase one of these EVER again. This is the absolute worse exchange policy Ive ever experienced. I asked them if I could mail back to them the leaking unit once I received the new one, and they said unfortunately no.

INEXCUSABLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be shopping for another coffee maker and never buying Cuisinart again!!!

Do not buy from this company, specifically this model! (Model # DCC-3000P1 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker)

I have tried to like the CUISINART 4 SLICE COMPACT TOASTER...BUT...I have yet to have various items (english muffins, bagels, mini bagels) toast evenly on any setting from day to day and from slot to slot on the toaster. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!! The cost was higher than I was comfortable with but bought Cuisinart THINKING IT WOULD BE superior. NOT!!! They have obviously placed profit over QUALITY and are offering cheap imports instead. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!

Greetings I purchased your DCC-450 coffee maker in 2021. Recently the heater plate is peeling and smoking. My concern is that it may catch fire. It worked well for almost 2 years. Since this has been happening I'm afraid to use it. I love you products and never had any problems with Cuisinart up up to now. What is your suggestion.

My less than 2 year old cusinart coffee maker was leaking coffee from the top somewhere. Cusinart wanted a receipt which I didn’t have so basically it is tuff luck.

I bought a new Hamilton Beach one ands it’s awesome. Never again cusinart

Hi I have the duel pot and cup coffee maker (which I love) it has started leaking coffee onto the countertop and into the bottom of the 1 cup side when I make a pot of coffee? Perhaps I just need a part or something?
