Product not working
I filed a warranty claim and have had no response for several months
- When it worked it was a nice coffee grinder
- It failed in the first 6 months

I bought a toaster that clearly said on the label that it was "refurbished" (so far so good) and "6 month warranty". The label was an official "Cuisinart" label. The toaster doesn't work properly.
User's recommendation: Be VERY wary of buying a Cuisinart product.

My husband absolutely LOVED his coffee maker. Model # DCC-3000P1.
I have purchased this coffee maker TWO times.
First one I didnt realize to check warranty after it started leaking, so I bought another.
The second coffee maker started leaking after approx 2 1/2 yrs (has a 3 yr factory warranty) from when we bought it. I contacted Cuisinart to replace due to leaking in two places. They told me I had to CUT the cord off of a WORKING coffee maker (working but leaking) and email pictures to them of CUT cord and the coffee maker, and wait 7-10 business days for another to be mailed to me. This is NOT okay.
That means were out of a coffee maker for at least a week to wait for the new one. I WILL NEVER purchase one of these EVER again. This is the absolute worse exchange policy Ive ever experienced. I asked them if I could mail back to them the leaking unit once I received the new one, and they said unfortunately no.
INEXCUSABLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be shopping for another coffee maker and never buying Cuisinart again!!!
Do not buy from this company, specifically this model! (Model # DCC-3000P1 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker)

My less than 2 year old cusinart coffee maker was leaking coffee from the top somewhere. Cusinart wanted a receipt which I didn’t have so basically it is tuff luck.
I bought a new Hamilton Beach one ands it’s awesome. Never again cusinart
- Great coffee usually a great machine
- This is my first problem
