New Product Launch ~ Soho Personal Blender

Your Soho line was just launched at the beginning of August 2024.
The Soho Personal Blender was purchased as a b'day gift. Alongside the blender purchase was another travel cup, for $30.00
This was a highly anticipated purchase for us.

Was so excited to receive it within five days!
Then the joke was on me:
You mean to say that a $30.00 EXTRA (plastic) cup arrives with NO LID?!

How in good conscience, you selling a "travel friendly" unit for smoothies be misconstrued that an Extra (plastic) cup for $30.00 wouldn't come with a lid?

The person on phone was not trained properly . He was from Ohio he sounded like he was laying down on a couch talking to me. Terrible service did not know the new system he said on hold many times . Terrible communication skills did not get accomplished what needed to be done

The experience with cusinart online order was very frustrating.
Received damaged product . It has been 2 weeks I keep calling and asking for return lable. Each representative promised receiving the lable in few hours but I never received it. This would be my last purchase with Cusinart.
