To correct a fault in equipment
Not to buy their products!! Because of the lack of response from company, I threw the product out!!
Asked for a live tech, to no avail. Issue should have been resolved, but because service was poor, I threw out my cuisines, and will never buy another one of there products, nor recommend them

Only non-abrasive cleaning methods have been used, the use of only recommended non-scratching utensils, and exposure to no greater than medium burner heat on a gas range; however, the non-stick surface no longer prevents certain foods from sticking.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
After another 20 minutes of dead end calls I was finally able to reach an actual English speaking human . They listened to my issues and after verifying my complaint have sent me a new product.
The phone numbers given are for medicare sales. How come after 30 minutes the customer rep told me the service number is valid when it takes you to a medicare sales company.buy elsewhere

I would most definitely to people not to buy their products!! I still have not heard back for them regarding this. I would say for another company who has better customer service and a better policy.

Contacted customer service about a Cuisinart coffee machine that stopped working, reading a code EEO. I contacted the customer service and filled out the form.
They asked me for five dollars, which I refused to give them for a broken machine that I've already paid my hard-earned money for. It's not fair that I have to pay an additional five dollars to get help and try to get another machine.
Not satisfied, I will be emailing, FaceTiming, and Yelp-ing all activity concerns. I will not recommend Cuisinart if this is the way they do business.

Bad service
Over weekend ordered 2 same products in error. Immediately called customer support CLOSED over weekend, order went through.
Now I have to return product at my expense. Bad service that.

I recently purchased a two-in-1 Cuisinart coffee machine and pod machine. I've never had so many issues with a coffee machine.
The basket has to be perfectly placed in it. The pot has to be perfectly placed beneath it, or it will all malfunction.
It was too expensive to be this finicky, and I couldn't email you without verifying my own email address, and now you're putting a word limit on my review. Controlling much?

I've never been so frustrated or so alarmed by a product. We bought this Cuisinart juicer expecting quality, but within less than two months of normal, proper use, the machine literally broke apart while running. Sharp, hard plastic pieces flew out at high speed. This was a serious safety hazard and could have easily injured someone. It was terrifying.
This is not what you expect from a brand like Cuisinart. What's worse is the company's response. After multiple back-and-forth emails, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered only a replacement—why would we want another dangerous, poorly manufactured product? It's unacceptable.
We've used juicers from other brands for years without a single issue. This one barely lasted weeks and could have caused serious harm. I've lost all trust in this brand.
Save yourself the headache, the risk, and the disappointment—do not buy this juicer.

We got a new blade some time ago. The blade was deemed defective, and a new blade was supplied. The new blade has now got hairline cracks in the housing.
Preferred solution: I wanted to notify you that the recalled replacement blade is defective and can I get a replacement?

Can't pull a cup before it's finished, trips on to hot plate and boils

The glass carafe has no flip top, I cannot pull a cup before the pot is finished it leaks onto the hot plate and bubbles and boils when I put the glass craft back on. I won't recommend this to anybody.
