Recently, I went on-line to find a replacement blade assembly for a blender. The CusServRep told me that I couldn't buy the blade assembly, separately, but had to buy the companion jar as the blade assembly was incorporated.

So, I went to the website and found a picture of the jar with the blade assembly included. Thereafter, I ordered the jar; however, when it arrived, the only item in the package was the jar - - there was no blade assembly. I called CusServRep and explained the problem. I was told that I had been misinformed by CusServRep and could return the jar.

I, also, was told that I would be able to order the blade assembly, separately.

In addition, IDon was told that I would have to pay postage for the product return, even though the mistake was not mine but the misinformation from the first CusServRep. This is unacceptable because the mistake was not mine and Cuisinart should credit my account for the cost of the jar and the return shipping.

Manufacturing problem

So I bought a 4 in 1 cuisinart barista machine from the online store crate and barrel. Long story short.half the time I make kcups the first two times I brew it only water comes out and I have to waste kcups on nothing.

Very frustrating. I sent them numerous emails and even a video to show exactly what was happening. They just sent me a second machine and this one does the same thing. This leads me to believe its a manufacturing problem.

Like I said the video showed I did everything correctly and the machine still doesnt work. Theyre giving me a hard time about getting a refund so now Im stuck with a machine for 300 dollars that doesnt work as advertised.

Im very upset with this whole situation. Apparently emailing them to fix the problem is no use either.

My kitchen is filled with Cuisinart products. I recently moved out of my home into senior housing.

Even at the age of 81 years, I decided to purchase one more of your products. I ordered the Compact Air Fryer on Tuesday (7-2-24) after receiving a sale email. Just as I was hitting the order button, I suddenly noticed that the shipping address was my new address, but the billing address was my old address! But - it was too late, the order was already submitted to you.

In less than 60 minutes, I called your customer service and reached a woman who eventually identified herself as Kathryn, with a 'K'. Ultimately, I was not able to change my billing address to match the delivery address, as she advised me that she was not permitted to do so once the order had been placed. I ask that you please find that phone conversation from Tuesday at 11:25 am EST and listen. This encounter was so frustrating and maddening that I am left thinking how lucky Cuisinart is that I am 81 years old and this has certainly put an end to ordering from you.

I spoke with another person yesterday (from which department, I don't know) who stated she was unable to see the order placed in my name or via my phone number. She advised that it takes 48 hours for email notifications that a customer's order has been shipped, which would be today. However, it's a holiday, so I'm not sure. I ask two things: will you listen to that phone call and ultimately let me know if my order was cancelled?

How I wish for the days when you could call up a company and simply place your order with a human being instead of being directed to do everything online.

The only purpose for my call was to ensure you had my correct billing address. Most sincerely, Sue McKnight.

User's recommendation: It took an additional 6 days to hear back from Cuisinart if i count the order day of 7/2/24 which was the first day i tried to reach out to them by phone regarding fixing my change of address on order. Today, 7/8/24 I received a brief email response telling me it was too late to change my order? That reply is completely out in left field as no place or at no time did I ask to cancel my order. I have no idea what has happened to this once great company that has always had very good customer service. Clearly nobody at that company reads or listens to the customer. Their products have always been great. Let’s hope somebody in that company realizes the potential of losing lots of customers simply because of horrible customer service.

The Soho Personal Blender was purchased as a b'day gift. Alongside the blender purchase was another travel cup, for $30.00

This was a highly anticipated purchase for us.

Was so excited to receive it within five days!

Then the joke was on me:

You mean to say that a $30.00 EXTRA (plastic) cup arrives with NO LID?!

How in good conscience, you selling a "travel friendly" unit for smoothies be misconstrued that an Extra (plastic) cup for $30.00 wouldn't come with a lid?

Never used the toaster part just the air fryer and oven. Had company, they wanted toasted English muffins.

The toaster element worked for about 10 seconds then stopped working.

It happened every time

I purchased it 9/11/23 so your warranty is void. I will never buy another Cuisinart product again.

Simply put: Once The Cuisinart Customer Services person researched the item I was calling about it was learned the item had a lifetime warranty. I sent them pictures, etc.

that they requested. On the second day I called back. It was then they said they would ship me another similar item free of charge because that model had been discontinued.

Placed an order with the wrong delivery address. Called within minutes to change address.

Said they couldn't change it as it was already processed. Absolute lie.

I didn't get a shipping notice until 5 days later. If you can deal elsewhere, do it rather than deal with these dirt bags.

Poor Customer Service

I have purchased some replacement pans from you recently, but haven't been able to find a matching style to the set I have. I only have your description and pictures to go by.

I ordered pans from you on August 14th and when I received them, they didn't match. I sent them back to you, paying for shipping. It cost almost as much as the pans I bought from you. So, essentially I paid double for them.

I ordered more pans from you (the classic, thinking this was it) on October 1 and when I received them, they didn't match. In fact, they have metal lids but based on your pictures, I thought they were glass. Geez! I called your customer service to try to get help with the shipping cost to return this second set before purchasing another option of pans I have which must match the set I have.

I was told no assistance with shipping. It sounds like it might be better if I just buy pans at a department store somewhere instead of ordering them from you.

At least that way, I can see for sure what the product looks like instead of relying on your vague description and pictures. Thank you, Gary Richwine.

Pitcher pours

After all these years can you please redesign your coffee pitcher spout? It drips water everywhere when you pour water into the coffee machine, and when pouring a cup of coffee.

Its mind boggling that the company hasnt addressed this embarrassing problem. Thanks.
