Purchased a Smart Stick blender for my mother in law, an elderly lady with arthritis. The 'smart stick' requires two hands to start and a good deal of strength to operate, very awkward and difficult! I have an older model that only requires one hand for the entire...

I bought my first food processor the other day from Sur La Table. I was so excited that I stopped to buy hummus ingredients on the way home. I got home, unboxed, washed and started to prep the hummus ingredients. I put the first ingredients in the processor, plugged it...

We have only had this food processor for a year and within a month or so from having it, bits of plastic were ripping from the side of the cover and into our food. And recently the BLADE started to shred and also end up in the food we were processing. The "customer...

Big disappointment for us. It was said the XTRA HOT would be 190degrees miners only 165 degrees. I like very hot coffee also the xtra hot function was great for soups, bullion , and hot chocolate. . Marie K.

Their warranty policy is absolutely the worst!!! I promise from this day forward I will NEVER purchase another Cuisinart product! My DCCC-3000 leaks and coffee comes out lukewarm. They would have replaced it but $10 to send out new one, then I have to pay to send the old one back. The unit isn't even two months old!! I will go buy a Bunn!!!

For years, I have been defending Cuisinart against Kitchenaid. Kitchenaid's products are so cute, but I kept insisting Cuisinart was the better company and better product. No more. The cover to the work bowl to my food processor (only five years old) cracked beyond...

I registered for the blade replacement program back in early March 2017 and I just received it the first week in September. I've used it twice, and the serrated cutting edge is already bent! Ten years with the "defective" blade and it looked fine, but two uses of the...

I am one of the unfortunate people that bought a Cuisinart Food Processor (Cuisinart is owned by Conair) that has a steel riveted blade that was recalled due to the danger of ingestion of metal parts. On 12/13/16, Cuisinart said they would send a replacement blade....

I shelled out over $60 (would have been over $70 were it not for my 20% off coupon at bed bath & beyond) for a cuisinart percolator that crapped out after six weeks. I was sent a new unit but was told i was on the hook for the shipping back of the defective one or my...

Our microwave / convection combo suddenly stopped working a little over one year into its three-year warranty period with an internal electrical issue. At that point, it suddenly began blowing a fuse every single time it was plugged into any outlet, the instant it was...

The recall for the defective blade has been going on for 7 months. I have not been able to use my cuisinart in many ways because I am unable to use the blade needed. I can't believe that it takes this long to send out replacement blades. I will not buy any more...

The government needs to prosecute Cuisinart for failing to perform the recall. If they have enough blades to sell new machine, they have enough to make the replacements. Meanw...
