Cuisinart - Food processor will not run
Have the food processor for 2 yrs. Went to make pie rust and it will not run. Tried everything. Im a senior live alone and don't use it only a frew times a yr. This product should still be running like new hasn't been used a dozen times. U can bet I will go back to Kitchenaid
Cuisinart - Not close to be as purported
Big disappointment for us. It was said the XTRA HOT would be 190degrees miners only 165 degrees. I like very hot coffee also the xtra hot function was great for soups, bullion , and hot chocolate. . Marie K.
Cuisinart - RIDICULOUS POLICY
Their warranty policy is absolutely the worst!!! I promise from this day forward I will NEVER purchase another Cuisinart product! My DCCC-3000 leaks and coffee comes out lukewarm. They would have replaced it but $10 to send out new one, then I have to pay to send the old one back. The unit isn't even two months old!! I will go buy a Bunn!!!
